Actions are only available on a boardcycle CoSec subscription. If you do not have access to Actions, please contact us to upgrade.
Introduction
Sometimes you just want to see or share all of the your company's actions in a consolidated way. A company-level actions export will achieve exactly that - exporting a single report showing actions across all of that company's forums.
Exporting actions for a company
To export the actions table for a company:
open the company
click the Export button
select Company Actions
The actions export will then download to the downloads folder of your computer.
Worth knowing: set your browser to automatically open the agenda
Most modern browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc) can be set to automatically open .docx files, meaning that once your agenda downloads, it will automatically open without you needing to open it manually.
If you wish to do this, we recommend that do a web search for instructions on how to do this for the specific browser you use.
