Actions are only available on a boardcycle CoSec subscription. If you do not have access to Actions, please contact us to upgrade.
Introduction
Once you add an action it is automatically included in:
your company's consolidated action table
the action table of the forum where the action was raised
the action table of the forum where the action is due (if different).
Actions tables are a central place where you can see and manage all actions for a company or forum.
Viewing actions tables
Company-level (consolidated) action table
Company-level actions tables can be viewed in the Actions tab of the relevant company.
The company-level action table shows all actions in all forums of that company.
Forum-level action tables
Forum-level actions tables can be viewed in the Actions tab of the relevant forum.
The forum-level action table shows actions raised or due in that forum.
Managing actions from the actions table
You can take do a number of things to manage actions from actions tables:
Action | Description | Link to detailed article |
Update status | Change the status of the action and/or add a status note | |
Edit action | Make changes to the action description, owner or due meeting/date | |
Archive action | Remove the action from your main action table and from all exports | |
Delete action | Delete the action from your account entirely |
All of the above actions are accessed from the edit icon next to the relevant action.
