Introduction
Archiving an action removes it your main actions tables and ensures that that action will no longer appear in exported action tables - but retains the record of the action that can be accessed at any time.
Archiving should generally be used after an action has been closed and is no longer required to be reported to a board or committee.
Archiving an action
To archive an action:
find the action in an action table
click the edit icon next to the action
select Archive action
Once an action has been archived, it will be removed from your main actions table and moved to a secondary archived actions table at the bottom of the page.
Unarchiving an action
To unarchive an action:
find the action in the archived actions table
click the edit icon next to the action
select Unarchive action
