Actions are only available on a boardcycle CoSec subscription. If you do not have access to Actions, please contact us to upgrade.
Introduction
boardcycle allows you to export actions at 4 different 'levels':
company level
forum level
meeting level
owner
These exports are highly consistent with one another but include different information as set out below.
Explanation of actions exports
Export Level | Description | Detailed article link |
Company | Includes all unarchived actions across all forums for the company.
Useful for understanding and communicating the totality of actions at any given time. | |
Forum | Includes all unarchived actions that were either raised or are due at a specific forum.
Useful for understanding and communicating the totality of actions immediately after a meeting of a forum. | |
Meeting | Actions included are the same as a forum-level export, but this export also includes meeting specific information.
Useful for inclusion in a board/committee pack as the actions (matters arising) paper/report for a meeting. |
