Introduction

A note is a block of information you want to communicate to viewers of your agenda, but which does not occupy any time. Examples might include:

  • the date and time of a future meeting

  • logistical information such as details of where a board dinner will be held immediately after the meeting

Worth knowing: Notes only appear in agendas

Notes are only shown in exported agendas - they do not appear in exported minutes.

Key information about notes

Notes:

  • can be indented inside section

  • cannot have any agenda block indented inside them

  • have a name and may include details - but do not have any time, action, paper or participants associated with them

  • will always be shown as a standalone item on your exported agenda, irrespective of whether they are indented inside a section or not
