Introduction
By default, notification emails sent by boardcycle are designed to include sufficient information on their subject matter to allow the notification to be useful to the recipient without necessarily logging into boardcycle immediately. However if you prefer notifications sent by boardcycle to include only limited information, and require the recipient to log in to see further details, you can control that in company settings.
Excluding data from email notifications
To exclude contextual data from email notifications:
from your company homepage, navigate to the Company Settings tab
select the Exclude data from email notifications checkbox
click Save
