Introduction
When you first log in to your personal portal, you will land on your dashboard which gives you a quick overview of all of your actions across all the companies in your organisation you have been granted access to.
The Dashboard
Your dashboard is a simple summary of:
all the meetings you are attending; and
all of your actions,
actions across all the companies in your organisation that you have been granted access to. The image below shows what this would look like if you had access to 2 companies:
Worth knowing: Companies you don't have access to are greyed out
If you see any companies with their names greyed out in your dashboard, it means that your boardcycle administrators have not granted you access to those companies. If you think you should have access to those companies, please contact your organisation's boardcycle administrators. The boardcycle support team cannot grant you access.
Accessing a company from the Dashboard
To access a company from your dashboard, click on the meeting card or the action card for that company:
If you clicked the meeting card, you will be taken to the Meeting tab of that company, where you can view all of the meetings you have attended or will be attending.
If you clicked the actions card, you will be taken to the actions tab of that company, where you can view all of your actions and add status updates.
Returning to the Dashboard from a company
You can return to your dashboard from a company at any time by clicking the Home icon at the top of the page:
